No one wants to think about the future possibility of needing long term care. The truth is, though, that smokers are especially at risk for health problems that require an assisted living facility, a nursing home, or in-home care.

The great thing about long term care is that you can now get it for in-home care and assisted living facilities. It used to be you could only get LTC for nursing homes.

You might think that there is no way you would ever need it, or that it's far off in the future. But did you know that 40% of Americans getting long term care of under 65 years of age? I didn't.
