- Gain skills and establish your new habits and pre-conditioning to help you STOP SMOKING FOR GOOD!
- Practice your NEW SYSTEM often and daily
- Practice your self-hypnosis routine every night to establish the new attitude.

- Replace satisfaction, gratification with other rewards and dynamics
- Smoking is both physical and mental and psychological!

Have you ever thought how smoking a cigarette is not really relaxing? Your mind might think smoking is relaxing, but it is really not. Your mind is fooling you.
Smoking does not relax you, and it takes life instead of giving life. So instead of lighting up a cigarette, try something that really does relax you and is not harmful to your body. The breathing exercise mentioned before in an earlier post is a good substitute when you are working to quit smoking.
Positive thoughts and affirmations all work together to make the picture complete. Combined with deep breathing, concentration and envisioning activity you will be off the habit, kicking it to the curb sooner than you think.
