Making Changes
Nothing is permanent in this world except change. So when you plan to stop smoking, bring about other changes in your lifestyle as well.
Take a look at all those things that have become a kind of routine and break that routine. Try to do things differently and will make a lot of difference.
What we are trying to do as part of this exercise is that we are trying to create a new environment for you. It is not possible for you to shift to a new apartment so bring about a few changes in the way things are as part of your exercise to quit smoking.
Let everything have a new feel about it. If you have a favorite chair you used to sit in when you smoked, change the upholstery of the chair or maybe you could hide the chair away in a corner.
